For carry out Tourism Quality diagnosticsI was working on an Excel spreadsheet (1 action plan sheet, linked to a Reference - criteria) and document sharing tools such as Drive or Dropbox, depending on customer habits. Since I started using AnCodeaI save time on the post-audit I no longer need to clean up excel spreadsheets. Reports and action plans produced by the platform are immediately presentable. Estimated time saving: 2 hours.

I was quickly convinced of the usefulness of thetool, which is very easy to learn: efficient! AnCodea not only allows you to carry out an audit, but also, and above all (finally), to generate a precise action plan (in various forms).

From the user's point of view (I only have front-end users): easy to use. Good readability of the "to do" list. They wanted a transition time between the 2 tools (Excel and AnCodea) but once they started working on AnCodea, they completely dropped the others!

From now on, I'll make this tool available to my customers for all their quality support: diagnosis and action plan all in one! Forget Excel spreadsheets! More professional, cleaner, simpler, and an invaluable time-saver!
