Station Verte: the 1st French ecotourism label to take into account the 17 UN SDGs and GSTC criteria

The Fédération Française des Stations Vertes et des Villages de Neige chooses AnCodea to facilitate the management of its repository and simplify its labeling processes.

Joëlle Burgau, President and co-founder of AnCodea

On February 29, my sidekick and I presented AnCodea to the Board of Directors of the French Federation of Green Resorts and Snow Villages.

The purpose of the presentation was to demonstrate the benefits for a label of having a collaborative, facilitating solution, and the relevance of co-constructing a dashboard for managing margins for progress for the benefit of the players in the label-holders' communities.

The switch to AnCodea also corresponds to the release of a new version of the GREEN STATION taking into account :

President Daniel ACKER and the Board of Directors approved the project, and mandated the COPIL, comprising 6 directors and 6 employees, to lead the project, calling on pilot green resorts and partners.

Station Verte, a committed and engaging label

The 1st ecotourism label for towns with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants, the GREEN STATION is "THE" benchmark for sustainable rural tourism in France.

The GREEN STATION project is led by a visionary, dynamic and friendly team. It is committed to working alongside more than 500 certified towns and villages to promote meaningful nature tourism, with a human face, close to home, and respectful of local residents and their environment.

Every GREEN STATION is committed to continuous improvement, respecting the environment and local characteristics.

Elected representatives demonstrate their political will

Committing to the label GREEN STATION is a clear demonstration of the political will of elected officials to promote responsible development of the region.

Why did the Station Verte label choose AnCodea?

AnCodea will enable the Federation to facilitate the management of its repository and simplify its labeling processes, saving an estimated 50% in time.

The Fédé will be able to devote itself fully to its mission of supporting and promoting the label, and will offer innovative services to its ever-expanding network.

...and for local authorities?

On the AnCodea the GREEN STATIONplatform, local authorities will have their own personal space, making the process easier and simpler. Their comprehensive and intuitive toolbox will facilitate the implementation and monitoring of their approach across their territory.

Official launch of the label platform

The Fédé has decided to focus its priorities on the GREEN STATION which celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2024!

Official launch of the label platform STATION VERTE on October 9 and 10 at the 24th National Congress of Green Resorts and Snow Villages in Monflanquin, Lot-et-Garonne.
