Reference system and efficient management system

My mission as a consultant as I now see it, is to provide provide all the necessary elements within an intuitive framework for collaborative work providing the necessary the necessary support for points of difficulty.

Ancodea makes it possible to set up a management system efficiently and at your own pace, based on a reference framework, to tackle the issues and make the most of the recommendations gained from experience. - For a quality management system: my consulting work has enabled me to identify the most coherent approach and the most pertinent questions. The diagnosis carried out on the basis of the main requirements of the ISO 9001 standard enables both you and me to identify from the outset the areas in which progress needs to be made. Certification then becomes a reasonable objective that can be approached calmly, with all the evidence and documented information managed in the Ancodea application.

. - Safety: many companies approach the subject with the MASE standard. That's why I've made the link between the requirements and the 21 "Masecotte" tips, to enable a structured and serene approach here too.

- For companies wishing to implement or improve their environmental management systems, I offer a reference framework based on the ISO 14001 standard. In this case, Ancodea's document management capability for storing information linked to regulatory monitoring is highly appropriate.

- To further operational excellence, in synergy with the ISO 9001 standard, I also offer a reference framework based on the FD X50-819 booklet recently published by AFNOR. Other standards will be proposed at a later date, depending on the needs expressed by my customers.
