Easily influence the content of our quality tools

Previously, we had been working on Sphinx for years: a "gas factory" used only by one employee. When he left, we had to to meet our customers' various modification needs, what we couldn't:

• modification of our Double Ecoute grids, 
• modification of criteria/questions, etc.

This reinforced our idea of finding a simple tool that would enable us to measure the Quality of our agents, while being intuitive as regards the need for modifications and evolutions.

Thetool is intuitive, making it easy to create a questionnaire once you've grasped the concept.
