Previously, we had been working on Sphinx for years: a "gas factory" used only by one employee. When he left, we had to to meet our customers' various modification needs, what we couldn't:
- modification of our Double Ecoute grids,
- modification of criteria/questions, etc.
This reinforced our idea of finding a simple tool that would enable us to measure the Quality of our agents, while being intuitive as regards the need for modifications and evolutions.
