We intervene in companies that receive the public to help them enhance and optimize their customer relations. In the age of new technologies, this is a very important subject.

As part of our services, we offer our customersaudit prior to training. For some of them, this audit results in " mystery visits ". Until last year, we used documents and grids that each auditor filled in and sent back to us. We then had to process each of the returns and summarize them for the end customer. Joëlle contacted us and introduced us to the Ancodea solution. We tested the software at the end of the year, and as soon as the first contracts were validated by our customers, we rolled out Ancodea in early 2019.
