Until last year, we used documents and grids that each auditor filled in and sent back to us. We then had to process each of the returns and summarize them for the end customer. Joëlle contacted us and introduced us to the Ancodea solution. We we immediately understood the benefits of using this solution. : more professional for listeners, time saving for them and us in the seizure; more professional for the end customer to indicate that we have a dedicated tool. We tested the software at the end of the year, and as soon as the first contracts were validated by our customers, we rolled out Ancodea in early 2019.
