MONA Nouvelle-Aquitaine: managing quality within Tourist Office networks

MONA, head of the network of Tourist Offices in New Aquitaine, provides its network with analysis tools, business benchmarks and strategic diagnostics via various tools and platforms. 

With the ability tohost and distribute different diagnostics and reference systemsin a single location, MONA has found in AnCodea a solution to a simple problem: how to facilitate access to these different resources for a tourist office

Above and beyond the technical tool, we'd like to develop a new service that will enable us to monitor and analyze the progress of results, share advice, and offer flexibility in the diagnoses we integrate, modify, invent or abandon. 

MONA was therefore looking for a durable, agile and collaborative solution to promote the professional development of tourist offices. The AnCodea solution proved to be the right answer. 

Our tourist offices access AnCodea via secure, personalized areas. MONA is able to collaborate with each of them and gain an overall view of the network's status. In a spirit of partnership, MONA is also developing co-leadership with other regional relays, such as the départements, for reference frameworks such as the Démarche Qualité. In the short and medium term, theaim is to gradually add tothe collection of reference documents, in line with our strategy of professionalizing the network .

The service approach adopted by MONA for its network can also serve as an example for tourist offices wishing to use AnCodea to encourage their own private partners to take steps towards progress.
