Connecting EDM and quality management tools

As a franchisorwe didn't have a specific tool and we couldn't find what we were looking for, namely a document management software connected to a quality management tool.

Ancodea enabled us to build and structure our MSF (Manual de Savoir Faire) in 3 months, using software that can be consulted online by our technicians and franchisees.

Our feedback is very positive, as we were able to work with the designers and tailor the software to our needs. It is designed and programmed by professionals who are convinced of the usefulness of a quality management system.

User feedback has been good. Of course, there are areas for improvement, but the strength of the concept is that it's not set in stone, and the designers are listening to users.
