Our core business lies insupporting quality initiatives such as management systems and/or service quality. With ChangeForSaaS Solutions and its AnCodea platform, our paths crossed in the context of the deployment of the service quality repository, applicable to training organizations (law "Pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel" - September 2018), mandatory depending on their situations from January 1, 2021. We use the AnCodea collaborative platform, configured according to our needs. Our customers and we ourselves are satisfied with these first experiences of working and advising remotely. The first feedback from our customers was: "it's reassuring", "it's structuring", "it helps you see where you're at". And in terms of ergonomics, the ease of use has been acclaimed ... so much so that I'm beginning to regret the hours spent writing a User Guide!
